Connecting Commercial Utility Services

All new commercial customers must apply for utility services through our text line at 573-246-0858 or at the KBPW business office during regular business hours; 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

The individual that applies for service must be a representative for the business and present the following information:

Driver’s license or picture ID
Social security number or Tax ID
Address to be connected
Current rent receipt or lease agreement
Official name of business or company
Phone number
Deposit
Service charge of $30.00

The deposit is determined by the Customer Service Department. A commercial deposit is based on two times the highest bill of the previous business at this location or of a similar business. The following is considered when determining a commercial deposit amount: type of business, size of building, number of days of operation, and equipment used. A security bond may be accepted in lieu of a cash deposit.
