Levelized Billing

Levelized billing is available to customers that would like to pay the same amount throughout the year.  To be eligible for levelized billing, customers must meet the following criteria: 

1. Must be a customer for a year at the same location. 

2. Not more than two payments past the due date in the last 12 months. 

3. No returned checks in the last 12 months. 

4. No non-pay disconnects in the last 12 months. 

5. Must set up auto-payment via ACH, Debit, or Credit Cards. 

Utility bills will be recalculated every May. The new payment will be based on the average of your usage over the past 12 months and any remaining balance or credit that is currently on your account.
