For your convenience, there are multiple ways you can pay your utility bill at KBPW.
Credit/Debit Cards
KBPW now accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Credit and Debit cards. You can pay with a check or credit/debit card online, in the office, at the drive thru and over the phone.
Online Bill Payment
Our online bill payment option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how and when you pay your utility bill.
You’ll just need a valid email address and your account number. Click here to create a SmartHub account. Be sure to select “KBPW – Kennett, Missouri” from the dropdown menu.
ACH
Consider having your monthly utility payment automatically withdrawn directly from your bank account! You will save time every month by paying your utility bill automatically from your checking account. KBPW does all the work for you. You will continue to receive a paper copy of your bill for your review before your payment is taken out of your account on your due date. Just drop off a voided check at the KBPW Business Office and sign an authorization form and start paying this simple and convenient way!

Drop Box
KBPW has a drop box located in the drive-thru lane. This secure and convenient option allows our customers to pay their utility bill 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on weekends and holidays! The payments are processed each business day.
Drive-Thru Window
KBPW’s drive-thru window is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
